Bicycle Track Racing Series prepares for a 3rd season

8/31/06 Lead Cycling Promotions announces the support of the 1st Annual Milford Cyclocross Classic. The event is being held at Keyes Field in Milford, New Hampshire on September 30, 2006. Click here for more information.

08/01/06 Session II of the Manchester PAL Youth Development Cycling Program began Tuesday August 1st at 3:45 PM.
The program is geared to both novice and experienced cyclists age 6 to 17, and guides participants through basic track riding skills, safety, and introductory racing techniques. The program session runs 5 weeks. The program is directed by Tony Eberhardt, certified USA Cycling coach, and is assisted by the legendary Mr. Dick Ring. The program is partially sponsored by the Manchester Police Athletic League and Alternative Bike Shop in Manchester, NH. All youth loaner bikes have been refinished by Rapid Finishing Corporation of Nashua, NH.

07/31/06 We are pleased to announce that Bedford SealCoating has professionally painted all of the lines on the velodrome. Our thanks go out to owner Craig Parker for graciously donating his time and material.

05/23/06 Orientation night was a huge success. Mother nature graced us with a beautiful evening so riders could wring out their winter legs and spectators could watch some exciting practice racing. Thanks go out to Mr. Dick Ring for providing exciting commentary, and to all riders and spectators who came to enjoy a night at the track. Many new and returning riders came to participate in the orientation night events.

04/17/06 We are pleased to announce that Rapid Finishing Corporation of Nashua, NH has agreed to professionally paint all of our loaner track bikes. Our thanks go out to owner Keith O'Halloran for graciously donating his time and material.

04/08/06 Thank you to Steven Gauthier, Mike Yeomans, Laurie Daley and Tony Eberhardt for helping clean the track in preparation for the upcoming season.

03/10/06 Lead Cycling Promotions is pleased to announce the beginning of our weekly track racing series on Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at the Londonderry Raceway in Londonderry, NH. Training and racing held weekly though the end of August. Check schedule page for details.

03/07/06 – New England Velodrome changes race night to Tuesday evenings for the 2006 season.
